The Clarity Call is a free 30-minute conversation to identify the areas in which you seek growth, and to learn if coaching is the appropriate next step for you.
Behavior Alchemy Package
Five individual coaching sessions designed for life transformation with a focus on goal planning and development of sustainable habits.
Individual sessions
One-hour personal coaching with a free 30-minute follow up session. Sessions focus on nervous system management, resilience building, and strategies for relieving stress and anxiety.
Community Healing Package
Same 5 individual sessions described in Behavior Alchemy as well as individual gift sessions to three other people to start healing work within a family or community.
